Welcome to Microsoft Sway
With Sway, you don't have to worry about spending a lot of time on formatting. Its built-in design engine ensures your creation looks great. If the initial design doesn't suit your preferences, you can easily switch to another or fully customize the layout to your liking.
Sharing your finished Sway is easy - your classmates, and coworkers can view your creations online without needing to sign up, sign in or download anything. Plus, you can adjust the privacy settings for any Sway whenever you want more control over what you share.

To Access
Microsoft Sway can be accessed:
- Via the web version.
- At Microsoft 365 Office. Sign in with your university email address. Select the app launcher at the top-left under all apps or scroll down on the page to find Sway.
- From the Microsoft store if you have a Windows PC.
