Exhibitor Guidelines

The CU Anschutz Block Party is an annual all-campus celebration with food, music, games and activities, and booths representing campus departments and community resources. The event is free and open to the entire campus community. We look to bring together entities from the University of Colorado, Children's Hospital Colorado, UCHealth, University of Colorado Hospital, CU Medicine, the Fitzsimons Innovation Community, and the neighboring community* to share information about each other and to have a great time.

As always, we encourage booths/tables to be interactive and fun. Remember, this is more PARTY than information fair!

*"Neighboring Community" is defined as a business or organization with a registered address within a roughly 3-mile radius of campus or one that has an existing relationship with a campus entity.

Exhibitors are prohibited from promoting products or services that compete with products and services offered by CU Anschutz, University of Colorado Hospital or Children's Hospital Colorado as related to education, research, clinical care, or healthcare, as well as products or services that are contrary to the research, education, and healthcare service missions of the University.
