Food Trucks on Campus

Food trucks may be used to provide catering services at events on campus* if the following steps are taken.

*Note: Food trucks are not permitted to provide catering for the AHSB South Plaza due to the TStreet Kitchen catering first right of offer agreement.

Review the Standard Food Truck Parking Locations Map (PDF) to identify allowable locations. Trucks may park only in approved parking spaces and may not occupy any pathway on the campus at any time.
Reserve the nearest corresponding outdoor location using the EMS Webapp to verify the space is available and to request services such as housekeeping & equipment.
Submit the Traffic Form to the campus traffic review committee for approval.
Verify the food truck has a mobile food license issued by Adams County Health.
Obtain a certificate of insurance naming the Regents of the University of Colorado as additional insured.
The food truck must complete and sign the Mobile Food Truck Policy (PDF) and return to the event organizer for final review and signature. A signed copy must be on site at the event in case of an inspection.
