New Check-In Process & Updated Training

March 1, 2021

Starting today, our campus check-in process is quicker and easier for students, faculty and staff. In addition, an updated COVID-19 training has launched, required of all students and employees by March 31. Safety protocols, including masks and physical distancing, remain in place.

Read details below:

Check-In Changes

  • The required daily health questionnaire now asks for your temperature.
    • Take your own temperature at home, or stop by a self-service station to do so. Stations are located on wooden stands in Hensel-Phelps and most university buildings. Remember to use a provided disinfectant wipe before and after.
    • As usual, you can find the daily health questionnaire on the campus coronavirus website or posted signage.
  • No more in-person screening or wristbands required.
    • The Hensel-Phelps check-in location remains open for anyone needing in-person assistance.
    • Patients, vendors and other visitors may encounter different screening and check-in requirements at their campus destinations. Established check-in processes remain in place at our hospital partners.

Updated Training Required by March 31

An updated training, “CU: COVID-19 Return to Campus-CU Anschutz (2021 update),” is required of all students and employees by March 31.

Please note that this updated Skillsoft training requirement is an addition to the previous “COVID-19: Return to Campus” training.
