Information for Faculty & Staff
All faculty and administration planning to participate in commencement must register. This assists with planning efforts and allows us to communicate important details with you ahead of the event.
Rentals of faculty regalia are provided free of charge.
Visit the Schedule of Events for ceremony times and locations. You will receive more information about the convocations from your school/program.

Registration
Advance registration is open until May 1. Registrations received after April 15 that request regalia will receive hoods in CU colors.
Rented regalia will be distributed in Education 2 North Room 1304 on the following dates and times:
Thursday, May 14, 11:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.
Friday, May 15 11:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.
Monday, May 18, 7:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M.
