Information for Faculty & Staff
All faculty and administration planning to participate in commencement must register. This assists with planning efforts and allows us to communicate important details with you ahead of the event.
Rentals of faculty regalia are provided free of charge.
Visit the Schedule of Events for ceremony time and information about the new location - the Sue Anschutz-Rodgers Livestock Center Arena at the National Western Center. You will receive more information about the convocations from your school/program.

Registration
Advance registration opens in mid-September.
To order regalia in your alma mater’s colors, faculty must register by November 8 at 9:59 p.m. MST.
Advance registrations received between November 9 and November 25 that include regalia requests will receive hoods in CU colors.
After November 25, regalia must be ordered onsite during cap and gown distribution.
Rented regalia will be distributed in Education 2 South (outside the bookstore) on Thursday, December 17, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., and again before the ceremony at the National Western Center.
