The biennial Networking, Education and Research (NEAR) conference provides continuing education credits, cutting-edge information for practice transformation, networking opportunities, and information on current medical research to providers in all communities but targeting those in underserved areas.
We aim to provide solutions that respond to the need for a greater distribution of healthcare providers in Colorado, describe procedures, activities, and processes that enhance healthcare access for all Coloradans and address practice transformation solutions that improve patient care outcomes for all.
Next year's biennial NEAR conference, Healthy Aging for All Coloradans, will be presented in a hybrid format and brings together healthcare professionals to explore innovative strategies that support aging well in every Colorado community. The conference sessions will highlight practical, culturally responsive approaches to healthy aging—spanning prevention, chronic-disease management, mental well-being, caregiver support, and access to resources across rural and urban regions. Participants will gain actionable tools and insights to strengthen local efforts and advance healthier aging for all Coloradans.
