Internally-led events, conferences, and courses that collect sponsorships, exhibitor fees or a registration fee
from off-campus participants (e.g. CME courses, conferences, etc.) will incur a
room use charge according to the fee schedule (PDF). This is
applicable to all large venues, open spaces and outdoor areas. If the funds are collected by a non-university entity, external entity charges will apply.
External entity event reservations (in conjunction with an
approved internal co-sponsor) incur charges for all requested spaces.
*Does not apply to credit-bearing courses, Student
Affairs-approved student group functions, pre-collegiate
programs, or Advancement.
