Accessibility Quick Tips: Make your communications more accessible

- Use descriptive link text instead of pasting a URL.
- Example: CU Anschutz Homepage instead of https://www.cuanschutz.edu/homepage
- Add alt text to any images to support screen-reader users.
- Use easy-to-read fonts.
- Ensure text colors have enough contrast (use the WebAIM Contrast Checker).

- Use descriptive link text just like in email.
- Make images accessible:
- Paste an image into chat, right click, and add alt text; or
- If attaching an image, include an image description
