The Communications committee partners with the CU Anschutz Communications Department to support all Staff Council committees by sharing best practices and strategic guidance for communications and event promotion. We also help raise awareness of Staff Council initiatives by designing campus pole banners and maintaining updates on this website.

We explore different ways of appreciating staff, acknowledging that individuals might have unique preferences for appreciation. We do this by creating and maintaining programs, recognizing staff efforts at a university level, providing platforms/voice for staff to share accomplishments, creating community amongst staff, and rewarding staff for efforts to maintain campus morale/motivation.
