Virtual Office hours are informal sessions where members of the Fiscal Compliance team are available to assist the campus community with a variety of questions. Office hours are open to all CU Anschutz and CU Denver employees. Team members can answer questions related to training, fiscal policy and procurement compliance, general grant management, finance system access, gift cards/petty cash management, events with alcohol, sponsorships/donations, and general real estate services.
Questions related to specific awards/contracts, regulatory compliance, and human resources should be directed to the responsible campus office.
Hosted the first and third Monday of each month unless otherwise indicated.
Note: Schedule adjustment for January 2026 & February 2026 due to campus closure/holidays, and team availability.
