Our Services

What are Adaptable Resolutions?

Adaptable Resolutions is a voluntary, non-disciplinary approach to resolving conflict and addressing harm within the CU Anschutz community. Offered through the Office of Adaptable Resolution (OAR), these services help students, faculty, and staff work through challenges in a private and respectful setting. Adaptable Resolutions includes a range of options—from coaching and community-building to mediation and restorative practices. Each pathway is tailored to the needs of the people involved and centers values like respect, accountability, and relationship repair.

The process is flexible, and participant led. You can start, pause, or stop at any time. OAR’s trained facilitators support you in exploring creative solutions that promote trust, healing, and stronger community connections—especially in situations that may not meet the threshold for formal university action.

You are in control of your participation.
