Will serves as the Director of Adaptable Resolutions at CU Anschutz, where he leads efforts to provide innovative conflict resolution services for students, faculty, and staff. With a deep commitment to fostering collaboration, mutual understanding, and community well-being, Will brings extensive experience in conflict resolution, mediation, and restorative practices.

Before stepping into his current role, Will served as Interim Director of the Office of Equity and Title IX Coordinator at Anschutz. His work is characterized by a strong commitment to access and engagement, ensuring that every individual feels heard and respected during conflict resolution processes. He holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) from Texas Tech University and is passionate about supporting fair, constructive pathways for navigating difficult conversations and fostering a healthier campus culture.

Will brings a collaborative and solution-focused approach to resolving conflicts at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. With over a decade of experience in higher education, he has developed a reputation for fostering open communication and building trust across diverse campus groups. In his current role, he leads efforts to provide neutral, confidential, and constructive conflict resolution services through Adaptable Resolutions.

Celina is an experienced conflict resolution professional, and an International Coaching Federation (ICF)-accredited coach, dedicated to fostering a culture of dignity, collaboration, and community engagement. As Assistant Director for Adaptable Resolutions at CU Anschutz, she collaborates across campus to develop neutral, private, and evidence-based conflict resolution strategies for students, faculty, and staff, ensuring that every individual feels heard, valued, and respected. She is committed to equipping individuals with the skills, resources, and confidence needed to navigate conflicts effectively and build stronger and more resilient communities.

Prior to joining CU Anschutz, Celina accumulated more than a decade of legal experience in the U.S. and Brazil and served for many years as a mediator and restorative justice facilitator. She holds an Executive MBA from the Business School São Paulo, conducted in cooperation with the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, and an LL.M. in International and Comparative Law from the SMU Dedman School of Law. Celina has a strong record of success leading mediations, restorative justice processes, and coaching. She helps individuals, teams, and communities resolve conflicts, strengthen relationships, and foster meaningful collaboration.

Colin Johnson, MA Assistant Director of Adaptable Resolutions

Colin Johnson serves as Assistant Director in the Office of Adaptable Resolutions at CU Anschutz, where he supports students, faculty, and staff in navigating challenging situations and improving communication.

An experienced facilitator and mediator, Colin is deeply committed to helping individuals and groups express their needs, build mutual understanding, and explore constructive ways to move forward.

Prior to joining the team at CU Anschutz, Colin worked as a strategic communications and collaboration consultant with Kearns & West and led the Conflict Resolution program at CU Boulder. His approach is also shaped by years of experience as an educator across elementary, secondary, and adult learning environments.

Colin is known for his deep listening, empathy, and ability to create spaces where people feel heard and respected. He is passionate about fostering inclusive conversations, addressing imbalances in communication dynamics, and offering tailored, voluntary processes that support positive outcomes for all involved.
