Faculty will provide an overview of the graduate certificate and the master's curriculum, program formats, time commitment, admissions requirements, and student experience. You'll also have the opportunity to ask questions, connect with faculty, and explore which program is the best fit for your goals.
Community Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship
The CHPM Fellowship hosts multiple information sessions throughout the fall and spring semesters for prospective students interested in learning more about the fellowship experience, curriculum, eligibility requirements, and application process. To be invited to a CHPM Fellowship information session, prospective students must first attend a Virtual Palliative Care Education Programs information session to learn about the educational pathway and determine whether the fellowship aligns with their professional goals
