As the Healthcare Innovation Strategic Marketing Manager, Lili supports the CU Innovations team by researching and marketing cutting-edge technologies invented by campus faculty and researchers, guiding business development for CU Anschutz's most promising healthcare inventions and university spin-outs, and aiding in strategy for larger-scale projects at CU Innovations.
Prior to joining CU Innovations, Lili spent 5 years in life sciences corporate strategy, with experiences ranging from start-ups to top 20 pharmaceutical companies. Most recently, she spent 3 years at Dextera Biosciences, an early-stage start-up developing an entirely novel category of therapeutics—D-Proteins—made exclusively of d-amino acids, enabling metabolic inertness, while maintaining antibody-like specificity at 1/20th the size. She co-led Dextera's corporate strategy to identify their lead pipeline programs in immunology and oncology and helped raise $30+ M in financing. Prior to her role at Dextera, Lili spent 2 years at ClearView Healthcare Partners, a life sciences consulting firm, where she supported an array of clients, including many large pharmaceutical companies, on due diligence, portfolio strategy, commercialization strategy, and more with a focus in oncology, neurology, and rare disease.
Lili holds a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience from Colorado College.
