From Prescription Toward Prohibition? Mifepristone, the FDA, the States and the Courts, May 09, 2025

Part of the Pharmacy and Ethics Speaker Series which is co-sponsored by the CU Center for Bioethics and Humanities and the CU Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. The presentation provides and overview of FDA processes from a legal perspective, as well as the recent legal challenges and changes in the presidential administration that may impact access to mifepristone, the drug used for medical abortions.
