The new Termination TBT process in HCM (along with updated workflow notifications) was completed in February of 2020. This replaced the older ePAR Separation function which is now disabled. The development work behind this Termination change set the groundwork for the next, much larger ePAR work below.
The next HCM project involves removal of the remaining Job Change, Pay Rate Change Addl Pay and Leave ePARs. These will be added into the new TBT (Template Based Transaction) functionality as JOB CHANGE and LEAVE transactions and are scheduled for release in the Fall of 2020.
