CU Anschutz's new Enterprise Labor & Budget System
CU Anschutz has teamed up with consultants to build the new Enterprise Labor & Budget System which will be on the Anaplan Platform. The platform is flexible in creating solutions specific to the campus's needs with connected planning across various models. What separates this solution from others is that it will allow different platform models to connect for enhanced planning and insights.

The Summit360 system will improve the capabilities and coordination of the entire budgeting and planning process for all schools, colleges, and central offices at CU Anschutz. The Summit360 system phase one implementation will support the Datahub, Budget Development, and Labor planning with some of the other future opportunities identified below:
Project Objectives:
- To improve budget process capabilities and coordination for all steps of the budget
- Incorporating Higher Education Best Practices
- Configuring the Summit360 tool to meet unique institutional needs
- Reduce time commitment on budgeting procedures
- Improve accuracy, consistency and efficiency of budget related data inputs and outputs
- Expand and enhance analytical capabilities versus the current manual budget, reporting, and forecasting processes
