Angie Hegel is the Graphic Design & Communications Program Manager for CU Anschutz Innovations, where she leads branding, marketing and visual storytelling initiatives. Since joining the team in 2021, she has built and managed the organization's creative and communications efforts in support of innovation, entrepreneurship, partnerships and commercialization.

With more than two decades of experience in art direction, advertising and strategic communications, Angie partners with leadership to shape messaging and translate complex science and business concepts into clear, compelling stories. She brings those narratives to life through executive presentations, partnership materials, and strategic communications that strengthen engagement and visibility. 

Through creative leadership and thoughtful design, Angie helps elevate the presence of Innovations and advance discoveries toward real-world impact.
