Doreen Molk is a Senior Licensing Manager at CU Anschutz Innovations, where she leads the licensing strategy for the campus’s cell and gene therapy portfolio and helps guide the translation of high impact biomedical discoveries toward commercial development. Since joining Innovations in 2017, she has played a key role in advancing transformative technologies from academic research into industry partnerships and clinical pathways. Doreen has also led major innovation-focused events and initiatives across campus, strengthening engagement with faculty, industry partners, and the entrepreneurial community.

Prior to Innovations, Doreen worked at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory as a licensing coordinator, managing NREL’s diverse software portfolio. She also previously served as a research assistant in the University of Colorado’s Department of Pediatric Hematology and Oncology and as a high school biology teacher. Doreen holds a Master of Science in Applied Chemistry from the Colorado School of Mines and a Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry from the University of Colorado.
