Addie McCaffery MBA

As the Associate Director of Innovation Strategy, Addie supports the CU Anschutz Innovations team by researching emerging technologies developed by campus faculty and researchers, advancing commercialization and market strategies, and developing strategies for larger-scale projects at Innovations.

Prior to joining Innovations, Addie spent five years advising biopharmaceutical and healthcare clients on commercial strategy, organizational design, and product launch planning. Most recently, she was at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), working on cross-functional engagements spanning commercial strategy, medical affairs, patient support, and market access for leading biopharma and MedTech organizations. Prior to BCG, Addie worked at The Dedham Group, where she advised biopharma clients on market access and commercialization strategy, with a focus on high-cost and rare disease therapies.

Addie holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a Bachelor of Arts in Medicine, Health & Society from Vanderbilt University.
