International Society for Computational Biology (ISCB)

The International Society for Computational Biology (ISCB) is a scholarly society for advancing understanding of living systems through computation and for communicating scientific advances worldwide.

CU Denver Department of Mathematical Sciences

The Department of Mathematical and Statistical Sciences at the University of Colorado Denver offers applied mathematics degrees and certificate programs through coursework, research and collaboration.

CU Boulder Department of Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology

The graduate program in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology (MCDB) is designed to provide students with diverse opportunities for acquiring a strong foundation in these areas of modern biology and applying it toward the generation of new knowledge through research.

CU Boulder Department of Computer Science

Founded in 1970, the Department of Computer Science at CU Boulder is focused on real-world, interdisciplinary experiences for our students. Our researchers are making advances in computer science today that will change the world tomorrow.

CU Denver Department of Integrative Biology

The Department of Integrative Biology offers graduate and undergraduate programs—all with the flexibility to focus on your individual career goals. With a broad selection of courses to fulfill requirements, our faculty advisors serve a critical role. They can help you build a solid foundation for professional careers in health and medicine; for academic, government, nonprofit or private sector careers in a wide range of disciplines from ecology and the environment to cell and molecular biology; and for fulfilling careers in secondary school science education.

National Jewish Health

For 118 years, National Jewish Health has been at the forefront of research and medicine. We integrate the latest scientific discoveries with coordinated care for lung, heart and immune diseases. With a focus on personalized medicine, our researchers are looking at environment-gene interaction and making strides in predicting, preventing, treating and tracking many diseases. Known for "translating" the lessons of basic science and applying them to human diseases, National Jewish Health attracts world-class researchers who conduct leading-edge scientific investigations.

CU Denver Department of Pharmacology, Genomics & Bioinformatics Research

The Center for Computational Pharmacology is investigating the application of advanced computational techniques to the analysis of high throughput molecular assays. The main focus of the Center is the analysis of gene expression array data. Expression arrays quantitate mRNA abundance of tens of thousands of genes simultaneously.

Colorado Clinical and Translational Sciences Institute

The Colorado Clinical & Translational Sciences Institute (CCTSI) is the academic home to help transform the clinical and translational research and training efforts at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus and affiliated institutions. The CCTSI was created in 2008 with funding from the Clinical and Translational Science Award (CTSA) initiative of the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
