With expertise in Intellectual property management, CU Innovations provides guidance for translating university research to generate societal benefit.
CU Innovations provides access to resources, methods, and industry that advance the development of biomedical technology. CU Innovations is the source for campus innovators who are identifying intellectual assets in the lab, and seeking advice for achieving research program goals.

Investigators are encouraged to request a consultation with our staff at any point in the research process. We can provide:

CU Innovations provides support to faculty and graduate students at the University of Colorado. However, CU also supports entrepreneurship and creative/inventive activity by undergraduates, and has prepared these guidelines to assist undergraduate students who are creating their own intellectual property.
