Celebrate at the Block Party Sept. 16 9-14-2026

Dear Friend,

The annual CU Anschutz Block Party returns this Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Bonfils Circle. Now in its 12th year, this signature event is a chance to connect with colleagues and celebrate the community that makes CU Anschutz one of a kind. 

This year, explore a record number of booths from campus and community organizations, enjoy music from the Little Moses Jones band and watch a local artist create a painting live throughout the event. You can also help support the campus community by bringing nonperishable items to the CU Anschutz Food Pantry booth. 

The Block Party kicks off a season of traditions through our A Place To initiative. History Day on Nov. 17 and First Snow are among the opportunities ahead to learn more about our campus and strengthen the connections that bring us together.

Wednesday’s event is just one of the many traditions that make CU Anschutz a place to connect throughout the year.
