Laurie Munro is the Senior Education Coordinator for the Center for Bioethics and Humanities.
Laurie has a diverse background in performance arts, creative writing, and human biology.
As a former anatomy and physiology instructor of pre-health career students, she brings extensive experience in higher education. Her focus is on best practices in education and instructional design.
Laurie oversees the multifaceted educational programs for the Center for Bioethics and Humanities. She manages the Health Humanities and Ethics Certificate Program. She implements the required Humanities, Ethics and Professionalism small group sessions for health sciences students and is helping to build the Bioethics and Humanities trail option in the new School of Medicine Trek curriculum. She also provides administrative support to the Clinical Ethics Committee at
Children’s Hospital.
