CU PEAKS: Postdoctoral Education & Knowledge Summit

April 5 - 7, 2027

Where will your next academic adventure begin?

CU PEAKS is a symposium geared toward graduate students across the biomedical sciences, including experimental and computational neuroscience, molecular and cellular biology, biophysics, biochemistry, genetics and genomics, RNA and chromatin biology, structural biology, cell signaling, systems biology, and disease mechanisms. The symposium is hosted by the Departments of Pharmacology, Physiology & Biophysics, Biochemistry and Molecular Genetics.

Our goal is simple: provide a platform for talented graduate students to share their science, grow their networks, and learn more about CU in a collegial, low-pressure setting. Travel, lodging, and meals will be provided.

As a CU PEAKS invitee, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Present your thesis work to a diverse audience of biomedical scientists, ranging from cancer researchers to neuroscientists and graduate students to faculty members.
  • Meet one-on-one with CU Faculty to informally explore postdoc opportunities on our campus.
  • Tour the scenic and state-of-the-art medical campus, with views of downtown Denver and the snow-capped Rocky Mountains.
  • Network with fellow attendees, including CU graduate students and current postdocs who can speak to the resources and lifestyle on offer at CU.
