CU Anschutz AV and Videoconferencing Rate Changes

Effective July 1, 2026, the videoconferencing rates will be changing. Core education courses will remain free of charge, and a service for commercial customers will be added to the available options.
All reservations that occur on and after July 1st will be billed at the new rate.
New EMS confirmations will be sent out to any reservation occurring after July 1st that was previously confirmed. Our Billing and Rates webpage is updated with these details.
The biggest changes you will see are to AV and virtual staffing rates, and weekend and after hours support rates.
- AV and virtual staffing rates are changing from $48.00 during business hours to $56.50.
- AV and virtual staffing rates are changing from $69.00 during weekend and after hours to $82.50.
- Other weekend and after hours rates will see a similar $7.00 – $10.00 increase.
As part of a campuswide initiative, event-related rates—including AV services, room rentals, and facilities—are being adjusted. These changes help ensure teams have the resources needed to support events during weekends and after hours for our campus community and customers.
