Pamela “Pam” Johnson is the IT Compliance Manager for the Information Security and IT Compliance (ISIC) Risk & Compliance team. In this role, Pam assists with developing long-term IT compliance strategies, driving IT risk and compliance initiatives, and maintaining campus-level security and compliance policies, standards and best practices. She also oversees processes and procedures to protect the university’s data and IT resources, and conducts security and compliance reviews of university IT systems, vendors, and cloud services.

Pam earned her degree from the University of North Texas and previously worked as the Director of IT Compliance for the University of North Texas System. She has a diverse background in regulatory fields, including technology security and compliance, payment card best practices, and asset management.
