2026 Officer Elections



The University of Colorado Anschutz is revitalizing its Retired Faculty Association (RFA), and we invite our esteemed retired colleagues to take part in shaping this exciting new chapter by voting for our new governance.

Voting is open April 22 to May 22. A simple majority determines the winner for each position. Terms start July 1st.

Newly elected officers will be announced at our Relaunch Celebration Luncheon on May 29th, which is 11 AM to 1:30 PM in the Krugman Conference Hall. RSVP here.

Officer Positions

The Chair serves as the chief executive officer of the Association, responsible for guiding its strategic direction, presiding over all meetings, and representing the Association in communications with university leadership. The Chair ensures that all activities support the mission of continuing engagement between retired faculty and the medical campus community. Term is 1 year.

The Chair-Elect supports the Chair in all duties and assumes leadership in the Chair’s absence. The Chair-Elect oversees annual elections, administrative and membership development, event programming and outreach. Term is 1 year.

The Secretary serves as the Association’s official record-keeper and administrative officer.

The Treasurer acts as chief financial officer for the Association. Term is 2 years.
