Please find information below about local, diverse, and small business vendors in North Aurora and Northeast Denver. CU's goal is to establish and maintain strong relationships with local businesses that can meet some of the University's needs for goods and services. By including and supporting diverse businesses in our supply chain, we create opportunity, promote innovation, and stimulate growth that enriches our community as a whole.

Angry Chicken - A unique brand of chicken including Fried Chicken, Wings, and other sides (dumplings).
Banh & Butter Bakery Cafe - Pastries: a variety of croissant pastries, savory danishes, cookies, and rice crispy bars. Breakfast sandwiches, Parisienne sandwiches, Vietnamese banh mi sandwiches, rice bowls. Desserts: Parfait cups, fruit Tarts, strawberry croissants, cupcakes. Beverages: Coffee, Vietnamese Coffee, lattes, cappuccinos, Americanos, Lemonade, iced teas, hot teas, and specialty drinks.
Chook - Serves delicious, healthy, and sourced right food. From our rotisserie, we create delicious, whole chicken, roasted vegetables, amazing salads and sandwiches, and many great sides.
Feeding the Multitudes - Full-service catering and specialization in the taste of home, varieties of food from American, Italian, Latino, Asian, soul, you name it.
Gina's Kitchen - A dedicated gluten-free and vegan bakery and bistro serving foods from acai and vegan yogurt bowls for breakfast--to lunch and dinner options, such as vegan and non-vegan sandwiches, salads, soups, and hot plate specials.
