Beginning July 1, 2026, the Recognition Reporting (RR) Form will transition from an Excel-based form to OnBase. This new process streamlines the submission and approval workflow while providing more efficient and user-friendly experience.

This update only changes how the Recognition Reporting Form is submitted and approved. Reporting requirements, recognition policies, and when the form must be completed are not changing.

If your department submits the Recognition Reporting Form for employee gift cards or non-cash recognition, we encourage you to familiarize yourself with the updated process.
