The RAWC program is a program co-developed by both the department led
Research Administration Workforce Committee (RAWC) and Financial
Services Compliance and Training team. The program was developed to help
create a pipeline for campus employees who are not in research
administration roles develop a skillset and expertise in many key
research administration areas. This provide both a boost for the resume
of the program participant, but also creates a pool of skilled
applicants for those hiring on campus to pool from. A win-win all
around!
Those interested in the RAWC program should apply via the
application to the left. The program is run once a year, starting with a
ten-week course training program in the fall, and then completed with a
20-hour practicum in the spring.
