Welcome to the Event Management page for the University of Colorado Denver Anschutz Medical Campus.  Here you can find information on holding campus events and the various policies and procedures related to scheduling them.  

If you are an employee of one of the four University of Colorado campuses, Children's Hospital Colorado, University Physicians, Inc., or University Hospital, you are considered an internal client and should choose that option below.  If you are from an organization not mentioned previously, you will need to click on the external clients link below.

Internal Clients - Scheduling an Event on Campus

Scheduling an event on campus is now easier than ever before. Technology Support Services and the Department of Facilities Management have teamed up to offer users a one-stop shopping atmosphere for your meetings, events, conferences, and more. Users can logon to the EMS Web App and request space for their needs and request any number of services from housekeeping to security.

External Clients

By fiscal policy, outside agencies may schedule use of space on the CU Anschutz Medical Campus or in CU buildings for events consistent with the university mission, but must have a co-sponsoring university department to schedule their event.     

All arrangements for the event must be scheduled by the sponsoring department and someone from the Sponsoring Department must attend the entire event.  There is a packet of information that must be completed and the required documents returned before space or services can be confirmed. To request the packet, please send an email with event details to OIT-SchedulingServices@cuanschutz.edu.
