  • New employees can complete the CU Anschutz vaccine verification process here
  • Students should work with their school, college or program to submit vaccine verification.
  • Exemptions are available. Learn about exemptions to the vaccination requirement here

How to Get a COVID-19 Vaccine or Booster

All Coloradans age 5 and older are eligible to receive the vaccine. Boosters are available to all Coloradans 18 and older six months or more after the initial Pfizer or Moderna vaccine series, or two months after receiving the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.

You can schedule vaccine and booster appointments at many locations including our hospital partners and community providers. Learn more using the links below:

With vaccination clinics at both UCHealth and Children’s Hospital Colorado, it is important to confirm your COVID-19 vaccination clinic location before arriving on campus.

Do Your Part

We must remain vigilant and continue taking the steps we know work.

On-campus safety protocols remain in place, even for those who have been vaccinated.

Even once vaccinated, it is vital to follow current guidance to reduce your chance of exposure or spreading the virus to others. For the CU Anschutz community, this guidance includes self-reporting even after vaccination if you may have been exposed, test positive or develop COVID-19 symptoms.
