Jacqueline J. (Jackie) Glover is a Professor in the Department of Pediatrics and the Center for Bioethics and Humanities. She is the Director of the Clinical Ethics mission at the Center. Jackie serves on the ethics committees and the ethics consult services at the University of Colorado Hospital and the Children’s Hospital Colorado and the research ethics consult service. She is the co-medical director of the Ethics Consult Service at UCH. She organizes the Clinical Ethics Leads from the Children’s Hospital and the University of Colorado Hospital in their Quality Improvement Efforts. 

She was the Director of the Humanities, Ethics and Professionalism (HEP) thread in the School of Medicine curriculum until 2022. She is involved in clinical teaching of residents, fellows and staff and takes a leadership role in reaching out to ethics committees locally and regionally.  She was named a Fellow of the Hastings Center in 2020 and received the Fifteenth Annual Faculty Professionalism Award in 2022.
